Whether it’s a shift in leadership, a restructuring of teams, the adoption of new technologies, or simply managing the everyday changes that occur in business, the process of change often sparks uncertainty, resistance, and confusion. These challenges are amplified when communication is unclear, inconsistent, or poorly executed.
